 I AM A BUSINESS CUSTOMER AND WOULD LIKE TO ORDER ON 
 ACCOUNT BUT I CANNOT SELECT THIS OPTION IN THE 
 ORDERING PROCESS. HOW CAN I ORDER ON ACCOUNT? 

To order on account, you have to set up a user account. Please get in touch by calling the freephone number 0800 883 5000 or using the contact form, we shall activate your user name for orders on account after a quick check.

 


 WHAT ARE THE DISPATCH COSTS FOR PURCHASES ON NORDISKA.DE? 

Germany - 7,50 Euro (dispatch via UPS)

The shipping costs are exclusive of VAT. For bulky goods that have to be sent on pallets, we will inform you of the dispatch costs upon request or purchase of the item. For dispatch costs to other countries and states and for dispatch of pallets please contact us directly.

 


 WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS? 

You can pay invoices either by advance payment (from a purchase value of EUR 500), direct debit or PayPal. You can also pay on account, however only up to a purchase value of EUR 500 and for purely commercial purposes. If you prefer another method of payment, we will try to take this into consideration: Contact us.

 HOW LONG ARE DELIVERY TIME? 

Delivery is carried out ex warehouse in Gummersbach - the delivery time of the products is stated in each quote. The delivery times refer to deliveries within mainland Germany. Please ask us directly about delivery times to German islands or abroad.

 


 I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY DELIVERY SENT TO A 
 PACKSTATION. IS THAT POSSIBLE? 

Because we ship our parcels with UPS, it is unfortunately not possible to send them to packstations. You can only specify a personalized address as the shipping address.

 

 


 I NEED MY DELIVERY URGENT AND WANT AN EXPRESS ORDER. 
 HOW DO I DO THAT?
 

We do not offer a general option of express delivery. If you need a delivery especially fast, please call us at +49 2261 9891-0 and we will find a solution for you.

 


 WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT EXCHANGES OR COMPLAINTS?

 ARE PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM EXCHANGE OR COMPLAINTS? 

Only unopened packaging units can be exchanged. Please understand that we cannot take back opened packaging units. There are also shoe models that can be changed and modified after they have been ordered. They are identified in the description text. In this case contact us directly.

Our primary concern is the medical result while meeting hygiene guidelines and observing the latest standard and legal requirements. You do not have to be a company customer (B2B) to order on nordiska.de - private customers (B2C) can also order the complete range.
